Home Visits

Rebecca will come to you in the comfort of your own home, where she can provide hands-on support for a wide range of breast/chestfeeding issues. These sessions generally last 1-2 hours.

Home visits include:

• baby weights or weighted feeds (as needed)

• physical assessments and functional oral assessments (as needed)

• Creation of a feeding plan that addresses your concerns and helps you achieve your goals. 

• Two weeks of follow-up support by secure messaging.

Virtual Consultations

These sessions are ideal for situations that don't require hands-on feeding support, including (but not limited to):

• prenatal breastfeeding education

• return-to-work planning

• some follow-up visits

While there are inherently some limitations in virtual consultations, there are many things that can still be accomplished virtually. Rebecca will assist you in implementing strategies to overcome the limitations. Please contact Rebecca if you have questions about whether a virtual consultation is right for you, 

These sessions generally last about 60-90 minutes and include two weeks of follow-up support by secure messaging.

Prenatal Consultations include:

• A full slideshow presentation on breastfeeding basics and common concerns. 

• Health history, discussion of potential risk factors or individual concerns. 

• Time to chat and answer all of your questions. 

• Creation of a feeding plan that works for you. 

• Breastfeeding Basics booklet - a digital download containing tips, strategies for overcoming common issues, milk storage guidelines and more! 

Return to Work Planning

Return to Work Planning consultations include:

• Rebecca's full Return to Work Breast/Chestfeeding class, tailored to your individual circumstances. 

• Flange sizing as needed.

• Creation of an individualized return to work plan.

• Lots of time to chat and answer all of your questions.

• Return to Work Workbook - a digital download that includes tips, checklists, and links to products you might find useful.

• 2 weeks of follow-up support by secure messaging.
