Bundle Policies

Payment & Insurance:

• Bundles are available for self-pay only. However, a portion of the bundle maybe eligible for reimbursement from the client’s insurance company. After each consultation the client will be provided with a superbill for the value of that specific consultation (prenatal virtual, home visit, or virtual consultation). The superbill may be suitable for submission to the client’s insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that the on-demand prenatal breastfeeding class and additional follow-up support portions of this bundle are not eligible for insurance coverage. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed, and it is the client’s responsibility to verify coverage with their insurance provider.

 

Refund Policy:

• The recorded class included in this bundle is non-refundable once purchased, as it provides immediate access to valuable information and resources that cannot be returned.

• If the client decides to cancel the bundle after purchasing but before attending any consultations, the cllient will be eligible for a partial refund. This refund will deduct the value of the non-refundable recorded class and a $25 administrative fee.

• After the first consultation is completed, the bundle is non-refundable.
