Payment & Insurance:

• Bundles are available for self-pay only. A portion of the bundle maybe eligible for reimbursement from the client’s insurance company. After each consultation, the client will receive a superbill reflecting the value of that consultation (prenatal, home visit, or virtual). The superbill may be suitable for insurance submission. Please note that the on-demand prenatal breastfeeding class and additional follow-up support are not eligible for insurance coverage. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for verifying their coverage with their insurance provider.

 

Refund Policy:

• The recorded class included in the bundle is non-refundable once purchased, as it provides immediate access to valuable information and resources that cannot be returned.

• If the client decides to cancel the bundle before attending any consultations, a partial refund will be issued, deducting the value of the non-refundable class and a $25 administrative fee.

• After the first consultation, the bundle is non-refundable.
