Support Groups

Breastfeeding and parenting can feel a little less overwhelming - and a lot more manageable - when you're not doing it alone. I facilitate two free, local groups in Kitsap County to help you connect with other parents, ask questions, and find support in a relaxed, welcoming space.

New Mom Coffee Meetup

Motherhood can feel isolating, but you don't have to do it alone. Join me for a laid-back coffee meetup where you can connect with other moms and build a sense of community. This is a judgement-free space - come as you are! Messy buns, pajama pants, and fussy babies are all welcome. This is not specifically a breastfeeding support group - just a casual way to meet other moms and find support. Whether you're a first time mom or have been through it before, we'd love to see you there!

Breastfeeding Support Group

This free group is open to breastfeeding and expectant moms! It's a judgment-free space for connecting with other breastfeeding families, asking questions, and getting support. A scale will also be available if you'd like to track your baby's weight.

This event is co-hosted by Rebecca McCann, IBCLC, Dr. Makailee Castro of Little Sprouts Chiro, and Delanie Leonard, CBS of Nurture Ink.
