Rebecca has been supporting babies and new families since 2005. She started her career as a mother-baby registered nurse (RN), where she developed a love for helping new families with breastfeeding. In 2010, Rebecca became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and spent the next 10 years working as a Lactation Consultant in the hospital on mother-baby units, in the NICU, and in an outpatient clinic. She has been working in private practice since 2021. Rebecca is also certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).

Rebecca is a military spouse and mother to three breastfed boys. She has lived in all four corners of the United States and now calls Bremerton, WA, home.

Your Mental Health Matters!

Bringing a new baby into your family is a wonderful and exciting time - but it can also be challenging. Many new parents experience mental health concerns, such as postpartum depression or anxiety. Your mental health will always be a priority during lactation consultations with Rebecca, and she will encourage you to consider it when creating a feeding plan together.
